Dr. Weil explains the importance of walking

As part of his "less is more" philosophy, Dr. Weil often seeks simple, low-tech, noninvasive ways to improve overall health. "Feet need to be properly aligned and supported, and I very much support this combination of good technology and style," he says of his partnership with Vionic.

Since everything from the ground up really depends on the feet, I recommend starting there. - Dr. Weil
