We recently sat down for our annual Virtual Tea to chat with Dr. Andrew Weil and Dr. Brian Hoke about walking for wellness. Dr. Weil gave great and rather motivating advice on how to incorporate walking into our daily lives (No excuses, folks!). He also touched on similar topics, such as his tried and true anti-inflammatory diet. Next, Dr. Brian Hoke, a leading expert of biomechanics, showed us what can happen if our feet are not properly supported, and then recommended proper footwear for walking.
