This past weekend, we had the pleasure of joining celebrity fitness trainer Juliet Kaska for yoga on the Santa Monica Pier! Juliet is a member of the Vionic Innovation Lab<\/a>, and her insight and expertise in the realm of health, fitness and overall well-being makes her an invaluable part of our team.<\/p>\n

\"Yoga<\/a><\/p>\n

Juliet runs her own LA pilates studio, JKZen Fitness, and teaches celebrity clients privately. Being the committed fitness guru that she is, was kind enough to make time for a public class on Sunday morning. About 50 yogis turned out for an hour-long session on the Pier. Juliet focused the group’s\u00a0energy through rhythmic breathing and sun salutations to the sound of ocean waves.<\/p>\n

Juliet firmly believes in the importance of supportive footwear not only during physical activity, but before and after barefoot practices like yoga. A sporty gal at heart, she wears her Tide sandals<\/a> to and from the studio and loves her Tourney sneakers in Berry<\/a> for all-day support.<\/p>\n
