Turn up heat to high and bring to a boil.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of cold water until dissolved. Add the cornstarch mixture to the sauce and boil for 1-2 minutes or until sauce has thickened. Set sauce aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><b>STIR FRY:<\/b><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the vegetables and season with salt and pepper to taste.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cook until vegetables have started to brown and soften, 3-5 ,minutes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once cooked, remove vegetables from pan.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heat 2 more teaspoons of olive oil in the pan over high heat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Place the shrimp in the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until just cooked through (shrimp should be pink).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add the vegetables back to the pan.
