HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

During this holiday season, all gift purchases made on vionicshoes.com from November 1, 2018 through December 25, 2018 will be accepted for exchange or store credit through January 31, 2019.

If you are returning a gift purchased on vionicshoes.com and are not the original purchaser, please call Customer Care at 1-800-832-9255. You may select to exchange merchandise for the same style in a different color and/or size, or store credit in the form of a gift card redeemable at vionicshoes.com.

As with any authorized retailer of Vionic shoes, you may return or exchange your merchandise for any reason within 30 days of purchase if the original purchase was made on vionicshoes.com. When you purchase from our website, returns for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot process returns or exchanges for purchases made through other retailers.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

STEP ONE: Go to returns.vionicshoes.com, enter your billing zip code and order number. Your order number is located on your packing slip and order confirmation email.

STEP TWO: Select the item(s) you would like to return from the options available.

STEP THREE: Print the label and return slip provided.

STEP FOUR: Repackage your merchandise in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include your return slip and affix the label to the outside of your shipping box.

STEP FIVE: Drop off your package at any authorized United States Post Office location or give it directly to your mail carrier.

You can either exchange your gift item for the same style in a different size or color, or exchange it for an e-gift card for the amount of the gift item, to be redeemed at vionicshoes.com.

If you purchased from a Vionic authorized retailer, please process the return directly with the retailer according to the retailer’s return policy.

A note about unauthorized retailers:
While some of our retailers are authorized to sell on Amazon, many are not. Vionic does NOT offer refunds or credits on products purchased from any unauthorized dealers.

Vionic does NOT authorize any of its retailers to sell on eBay. Accordingly, Vionic does not offer any refunds or credits for Vionic products purchased on eBay.
