While some may find Kim Kardashian’s pregnancy more fascinating than others, we are certainly interested in developing stories about her feet!
This does NOT look comfortable – or healthy, for that matter.

According to a recent article in Fitness Goop, Kim is “… routinely photographed flaunting sky-high heels.”
Fitness Goop spoke with Orthaheel founder, renowned podiatrist Phillip Vasyli, about wearing proper footwear during pregnancy. His advice?
“It’s recommended that Kim ditch her towering heels altogether while pregnant if possible, in favor of lower heeled shoes that are breathable and provide arch support. If Kim feels she absolutely needs a bit of extra height by wearing heels, slim-fit orthotics can be slipped in to give her feet support as many high heels don’t provide adequate arch contact. Kim could choose a wedge in place of high heels as many styles provide much-needed arch contact and the larger amount of surface area helps distribute body weight – relieving painful pressure from the ball of the foot (Tip: Test out the first-ever podiatrist designed, healthy wedge sandals). We take between 5,000-8,000 steps per day walking on hard and unnatural surfaces – Kim should be sure to give her feet a break by spacing out the days she wears her much coveted Louboutins.”
